The call comes from (630) 449-4286. left a message to call (877) 896-8284 Ext 395 the call goes to a D&A Services. their purpose is garbled, they ask your name and when given you're giving consent to again garbled. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!

Yes you should call them back, tell them the number they called, and ask who they are calling for. If hey are looking for you then you will probably want to work something out for them. If they have a wrong number then they have to stop calling you. I used to work collections. I called them back, told them the phone number they called. They asked if I was ____ ____. I said no, they asked if I knew the person they were calling for. Ive never heard of that person. So there was nothing left they could talk to me about. All they are allowed to say is who they are, they are working for a collection company, and the person they are trying to reach. If you are Not that person and dont know that person they are not allowed to discuss anything else about the case.
