This is a legit phone number for a call center that services BCBS/Johns H. MD/BCRx/Express Scripts and more across multiple states. This is an outbound number used by the call center because there are about 30 different numbers used to contact the call center due to the amount of plans serviced. If you are being called by this number it is most likely Customer Service or the complaints department calling you about something. It is legit.

on November 13, 2018, I was looking for temporary insurance. When I would not provide detailed information like my street address in order to receive a quote, Shanay hung up on me. I asked if she could use my city and state until I received a quote, then she hung up on me.... In case you are transferred to this number, they are NOT affiliated with Healthcare.gov!
