Dawn Miller VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,AND RUDE. Will use scare tactics like threatening you with arrest and having a sue filed against you. Will call every person she can to try and get in touch with you but has no real information about a case against you at all. Scam!!!! Will do everything possible to get your bank information

She left a msg & I called her back & she said this was for me & my husband about our son something about a complaint & he gave her my number as a reference. I started asking her questions, we call our son by his middle name never his first, then she said thanks for nothing so I called her on a different phone & she said "MY GOD & hung up. I called my son & he said it was a scam, he would not give my number on this phone & he would not go my his 1st name.

This company claims to be a "mediation group" about a "complaint". They using illegal harassment tactics that violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They will try to threaten everything from arrest to court proceedings. They will call everyone who might remotely know you to get their money.
