Called me and said they couldn't connect me to a representative. What kind of shoddy robocaller dials a number without a communicator free to talk on the phone? If this is Walgreens, they need to get their act together. I did use Walgreens Health Care Clinic recently, but I paid my copay on location, and insurance handled the rest. Not sure why they'd be calling back.

Was the weirdest call ever. I answered, the automated system said they would transfer me to a rep, then I was put on hold without speaking to someone, and the hold machine told me to call them back?! Wtf.

This is the second time they called and I answered. Asked if I was who I am, I confirmed yes then asked me to verify my birthday and my phone number. I asked both times why do I have to verify this if you’re calling me on the number already. Then I said I will call in later. This did happen after I used a Walgreens clinic which I will never do again. 2 days prior to getting this second call, I already paid my copay online based on a letter I had received from Walgreens. So I’m unsure why they are still calling. So I called Walgreens customer service, the first rep transferred me to another department for billing and the second rep said she didn’t recognize the number that we are discussing now and transferred me to the billing department which happened to be an automated message saying it was closed.
