Debt collector. Rude people (Debt collector) reported by kitkat
called on a 8yr old payday loan that isn't mine. They have everything wrong, including address, city. Called me a liar. Called me 5x in one day. Leave nasty messages

That's an illegal practice for them to incessantly call you like that! Even though the debt doesn't belong to you you may report them and if you use Lemberg law you could be reimbursed damages for every call up to $1,000 for each call. I too am called frequently from this # for a debt that's not mine. I record ALL interactions I DO have with ANYONE, especially these days when scammers are on everything! Also, if they're recording me, I'm going to do the same thing. Even medical appointments/facilities. I cya at ALL costs! 8 years old debt, regardless of what it was, it's too old to be collected on. For example, my state is 4 years. Be careful when dealing with a bill collector as even ADMITTING the debt was yours, whether it was paid off or not, can restart the clock. BS, but true.
