They are HORRIBLE!! I have dealt with them on the phone TWICE and explained the problem. Amazon owed me a refund and I refused to pay. Now they have turned a $35 purchase (which should have been cleared AND credited back) into late fees AND overlimit fees!! I have had them call SEVEN TIMES in one work day!! I hate them!! Can they legally call that many times??? HELP!

Caller left a voicemail that was very clear EXCEPT for when he gave his NAME and the ORGANIZATION he was calling from. I played the message over a number of times and could not makes out either of these items.
