APNI representing Allstate. Then they mention a fictional "incident" they want to talk about. Gave a reference file number 231-1545. They use actual insurance information to sound legitimate.

Try to make me pay 14 thousand dollars (Scam call) reported by


They keep calling me since the new year started (2020) and say they work with APHNE representating State Farm and trying to get me to pay 14K for an accident I had over 2 years ago. Claiming if I dont pay that my license will be suspended but I never got a letter in the mail. When I called and stated my name, lady said she found my claim without the claim number. All very suspicious and they don't speak coherently. Just block the number if they bother you.

Called claiming he is with state farm and gave a name of a person he claimed to use my phone number, neve heard of the person he was looking for either. State farm does not use this number and i doubt it if it would come up “toll free call”.

Would not give their name other than 'APHNE" PRETTY SURE THIS IS A SCAM. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS NUMBER HAS CALLED. I have no debts.

They call several times a day and night. This time they left a message saying someone has an important message. Call whoever they call. I have no delinquent debt. I have blocked them several times.

HE gave a first name would not say what he represented said something like afne or acne and no more I said I never herd of you what is afne? He said again he wanted to talk to a certain person . i continued to say if you cant say who you are why would any one talk to you? still no answer of truth so I said goodby and hung up. has happened several times now. I consider it a scam and a clear violation of the 1966 consumer protection act of WA state . If they call again I will state so.
