i think its a scam (Robocall) reported by mfmg
robot said they were calling about approved script that they had denied but did need my b-day first. they never said what drug it was. but it was approved thru june of next year.i gave my b-day so i hope nothing bad happens. i called cigna and they had no record of call.scam to get info

Cigna Corp on caller ID. Said they were calling about my health plan. Then they wanted to know my birth date. I hung up at this point. No reason for Cigna to call me. 877 is toll-free, but 813 prefix smells like a cell phone. If this call is legitimate, then Cigna can contact me through the mail. SCAM SCAM SCAM
