They called me 2 times in 2 days. Left a message the first day. I blocked the number the second day. I had requested an interest rate quote from them, where you are required to enter your contact information. Their rates were no better than my current rate, so I have no reason to answer their calls.

I went to the SoFi site to get a quote on interest rates, in order to do that I had to give my phone number, now they are calling me every day. So I wouldn't call it unsolicited, but I don't need to talk to them. So I just don't answer, blocked the number.
