Couldn’t tell me when the debt was owed from ie gave me 3 different answers first that it was owed for 11/2011 then when I mentioned I had service through 3/2017 it was oh it’s an accumulation from multiple months of not paying full amount then it was for 4/2017 the month after service had been cut off. When asked about the company was told that he didn’t have to answer any questions about their agency
