Nordia is the call centre company, or one of them, which makes calls "on behalf of Bell". Did not answer this call as i do not respond to any call which is not identified and saved in my phone book. Loyalty Department rep may call a Bell customer after a customer's negative experience with Bell Canada, to try and suck up by upselling the customer. Rules of Big Company Customer Service are 1) always blame the customer first for any problem, 2) the solution to every problem, even if caused by the company, is to take even more money from customer by selling customer something more and something more expensive, whether they need or want it or not., 3) every customer interaction is an opportunity to upsell the customer something else., 4) If customer can be tricked into believing she or he caused the problem, customer can be tricked into paying more for fixing the problem by upselling customer something they shouldn't have to pay for (because the company caused the problem, not the customer) and doesn't need or want., 5) Every customer is just a wallet from which the company can take more money.

I kept on receiving calls around 7:30-8:30pm EST. I decided to pick up the phone today and engage. He knew my name and my wifes and he claimed he was from Bell and had a special promotion on some channels at 50% off. He asked if I had Netflix, how many people were in my household and what my postal code was. I told him I wasn't interested and he became pushy insisting it was a great deal and just to answer the questions. I told him again I wasn't interested and hung up. Overall the call could have been interpreted to be real but the questions he asked were weird to me. My suggestion is not answer any of the questions and treat this number as a scam.

Picked up and someone who was stuttering really badly claimed to be from Bell, and then tried to ask me questions. This is SUPER SUSPECT, as I'm not the primary account holder on the account, my husband is. They specifically asked for Mrs. Truong, which is weird as Bell would have definitely asked to speak to my husband about anything account related. Tried to tell me my internet service is outdated, which is BS, since I have a top of line FIBE package. I have no idea who these people were but they don't seem like any Bell rep I've ever spoken with and are super sus.

I am on Bell's internal do-not-call list as well as on the US and Canada Do not call list. Yet here we are insisting that I must listen to their sales pitch on an "amazing opportunity" before I can tell them I am not interested and do not call me again.

We have been getting calls from this number every day for a week or so. I answered the first one and told them not to call back. Didn't do much good. They continue to call, but I don't answer them any more.

Should never have answered but i was expecting an urgent call from hospital. Could barely understand male caller. Checked the number on browser and found this site. The call was unsolicited, annoying , a scammer telemarketer. I will report to Bell but i doubt if anything will be done because MA Bell is no longer the company it once was
