They insist that the creditor is going to sue me. Never mind the debt is not collectible in Texas any longer as the statute of limitations is long past. Never mind it's off of my credit report. Never mind I received a form 1099c from Citi. NEVER MIND by this point Citi has preauthorized me for new credit. How stupid do they think people are? Their tactics are underhanded. One guy actually looked me up online and commented that I owned a 2015 Nissan Rogue, the implication being they could take it (NEVER MIND THE BANK STILL OWNS IT, NOT ME). They claim that Citi is going to be suing me. NEVER MIND that I worked closely with someone in one of the VP's offices at Citi already. Do not give these bottom feeders a dime.

Most of all this number has spam and scammer by googling these strange numbers so I see that this number is a scam con artist.let the phone ring and block these calls even though so of us are on he no call list..don't answer the phone if you don't know whom it is they can always leave a message after the beep!

Saying i owe a payday loan. Have my social security number. Threaten to send me to jail for theft by deception. I told them i wouldnt send any money send me paperwork. They said they didnt need to they were trying to help me. He ended up hanging up on me.
