Poor quality recording stating a survey for Access Research about "Canadian issues". Touch pad answers about if you're age of majority to vote, it asks who you'd vote for of elections were today, I hung up after it asked me how much I've seen or heard about the federal budget... the recording was kind of creepy whisper sounding. Not professional. Like a person trying to sound like a robot.
