I asked her if she was calling on behalf of WSIB to confirm my account or firm number before I answered any questions - she said no I'm not "FROM" WSIB I'm calling on "BEHALF" of WSIB and I said if you're calling on behalf of someone you are saying that you are representing them, no I will not answer any questions, and I hung up.
