ATI Physical Therapy insurance debt collection. They refused to explain why they were calling despite me providing more than enough verification of who I was. They are likely seeking payment for co-pays that were never disclosed at any point during treatments, which they pressured me to extend far beyond the 12 sessions necessary for a hip replacement. I told them to send me a bill by mail if I owed them any money. He insisted I call them back. I said that was ridiculous and to submit any bills in writing. I have read this is a common complaint with them. I have received PT from other providers in the past, and have never been billed beyond the insured amount. I think their business practices are very questionable.
