Claims to be from Dell Technical support and says you have a virus on computer that they need remote access to remove. If you refuse to then the try to convince you they are Dell by giving you the service tag of product (which is usually accurate which tells me they somehow have access to Dell system in some way) before usually hanging up if you refuse. Only to call back in a few days with the same story of a virus on system

Caller from "V Tech solutions" said my computer was hacked and needed me to go to my computer so he could walk me through the removal process. I told him the connection was bad and I'd call back. Called back and got a busy signal. Now blocked.
