These people have called me 3 times in a week,! (Scam call) reported by


I have receive numerous calls from these people saying they’re from Atlantis, looked them up online and nothing cane up , I decided to call their numbers after hours and took me straight to a VM, and also one of the numbers sent me to a rolls Royce dealer lol, then searching their number on google gave me info to a Rolls Royce selling company . They wanted me to verify my info which I didn’t and I asked what the reason of the calls were and they didn’t want to give me information, they wanted me to verify all my info first so I told them I’m not doing that and if they have anything for me they can mail it to me but she couldn’t verify my address . I blocked all spam calls and their number automatically gets sent to VM, they won’t be getting a response from me that’s for sure.

They asked if i ever recieved papers at a address i used to live. Then asked me if the last 4 of my ss# was correct. Then they said they needed to send documents for a second time to my current address. They call from multiple numbers and they all register as scam numbers. Do not give these people any info or money. What i want to know is how they got my personal info? Scammers!!

Multiple instate calls from 2 different numbers on 7/11 and 7/12 for my wife; fast talker, argumentative, would only say something about Atlantic, a claim. Eventually I blocked both 803 numbers. They then called my dau (different last name) and passed her the information that my wife had to call 888 276-5xxx re a claim #201923xxx. After 2 days, the only info we had was that a leasing company filed a claim that my wife had purchased an IPhone X in Dec 2017, made several auto payments and stopped. Of course we hadn't bought an IPhone. On Friday, 7/12 we decided to call the number and put a stop to all this. A man answered, took down the claim #, refused to answer any questions and said he was tranferring me to someone else. A fast-talking woman (accented English of sorts) came on the line and asked if her info was correct. She then read off my wife's full name, social security number, and date of birth. There were references to court on her part and claims tha we were in default. As before, we told her to mail us a cy of the claim sand we would address it. She claime that it had to be hand-delivered, something the guy on 7/10 and 7/11 had said. My wife then asked if this call was being made from the United States and the woman hung up. An hour or so later we received a call from "Private Caller", very contentious conversation; when they said they would personally deliver papers, I said we would call 911 and they hung up.

Atlantic has never called me about any outstanding bill from 5 years ago it's 7-10-2019 it's always been a person threatening me to take me to court and charge me.with fraud sometimes it can be with numbers I can see now they're unavailable numbers and private numbers it seems very suspicious on something I know I paid long ago they call me every day every hour especially in the morning it sucks I just want it to stop and its nowhere on my credit

They keep calling my husband's work cell asking for a Jason. They wanted to know where WE lived so they could serve Jason some papers... my husband's name is not Jason. We told them if they showed up at our house that we would call the police. THEY KEEP CALLING!

Called and said I had to pay an outstanding balance with Smartpay. That they have a suit against me and if I didn't pay or make arrangements, a location service would serve me papers. Wow, people will do anything to try and get money out of people. Scammers and I also looked them up, they don't have a business license to operate. Go figure....smh

This is the 4th call I have gotten from someone purporting to be from "Atlantic." All calls claim to be my "final" notice. This is the first time they have used this number for a callback.
