I asked caller identity - said CCU - who's that? (Nuisance call) reported by


When I receive unsolicited call on unknown #, I always ask who is calling first before I say anything - person told me to verify who I was first before disclosing and used my correct name and I said - "you are calling me, identify yourself, I don't hv to identify myself - this is a cell phone!" so person said "CCU" - and I said who's that and why are you calling me - person would not disclose unless I verified my identity - told him that's not required for me to identify myself on my own cellphone - I ended call - looks like I was right - some spam thing. If it was legitimate, they would have immediately and clearly identified themselves first when I asked and we possibly would have had a conversation. But no. Ignore this caller - negative ratings are correct.
