The representative I spoke with refused to state their business, and after asking them(in English multiple times) immediately went to speaking spanish(racial profiling), then continued to defensively refuse to state their business.

they cannot keep their records straight. my insurance company has paid them. I have sent them copies of everything and yet they keep calling and if I try to explain that they agreed to the insurance amount, they hang up.
