Woman asking for someone who makes financial decisions for the company. She said she needs to know more information about our business. I told her to visit our website. Then said she needs info that is not on website. WHY WOULD ANYONE GIVE AWAY FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO A RANDOM PHONE CALL. I TOLD HER IF SHE NEEDS TO CONTACT US EMAIL INSTEAD. HATE SCAMMERS.

Have called here SEVERAL times looking for the person in charge of financial decisions or 'accounting'. I let the call go to voicemail. Receptionist took their name Ashley O'Neil claiming to be from AMEX. Next call will ask they don't call back as we aren't interested.

Calls way too often to be a legitimate Credit Card company circumventing and disrespecting the Don Not Call List. I don't know how they also circumvent Bell Canada's call block feature when their number clearly shows up on Call display. They are profiteering pests preying on disturbing innocent victims one way or another, criminal scammers or legitimate profiteering tele-pests they just keep illegally calling and calling and never leave a message.

The Robotic voice stated they were"Pacific Power", and if we did not pay our bill, by calling this number, they would turn off our power within 30 minutes. I did not call the number back, I called Pacific Power. Our account is fine.

This number called the company I work for, specifically asking for me, for then to ask me to be transferred to someone who makes financial decisions in the company. When I asked how did they get my information and why they are trying to get through me to someone in the company I work for, the guy advised that Amex has giving him my name as someone to makes financial decision ( I wish, but I'm not). Cold calls happen, but this was not cool at all. I will be taking it with Amex..
