a company that our information was sold to by wellcare. this should be illegal!it's not right to sell our personal information to other companies without our permission. I refuse to give them any information over the phone and have repeatly told them to stop calling. they will stop for a few days, then start back. sometimes up to 20x back to back a day trying to break through the call block. they have even went as far as using a * in front of there number to break through the block. I've reported them many times and will keep reporting them. I hope if enough reports are put in something will be done. I'm also on the do not call list. if you are too? keep reporting them as I do. they will eventually have to pay you for all these calls after you have ask them to stop.

Says they are on behalf of wellcare which he does not have...yet. Husband filed a disability claim and they started calling him shortly after. I am a skeptic while he is not. He wants to believe they are helping him. I'm afraid it's a scam

Robo call saying they are wellcare. Asking to call them back (Robocall) reported by


asking to call them back at their 800 number to review medication. We have a local pharmacist. Wellcare would know this! Someone had to sell our information to other companies. Now they calling to try to get more money off us or to get us to switch pharmacy. No thank you. If this keeps up I will find another health insurance. That isn't going to sell my information. This should be illegal!

They are not Wellcare but a company affiliated with Wellcare. In other words your contact info was sold to them.They did however help me to sign up for social security & I rec. a call from social security & 3 days later a letter from social security. So they did what they said they were offering.

Scammer/Fraud foreigner saying she works for Wellcare Insurance (Scam call) reported by


Scammer disguising herself as an employee working for WellCare on behalf of Staywell Medicaid Insurance. She was trying to schedule a 45 telephone appointment with a physician. She was a scammer. Barely speaks English trying to obtain personal information from me. I hung up on her before giving her any info. The same number keeps calling now leaving voicemails. This number is not WellCare.

Many times recording is missing the beginning. Then found out it said Wellcare. I called Wellcare, gave them the call-back number and the name Rick which is not mentioned every time. They said there was no one with that name and did not recognize the call-back number.

Even though you already went to your yearly check up and still go to the doctor they still want to do a extra yearly. Is just another way for them to scam medicare. Why does medicare agree to these companies??? Are they not seeing that just another way of charging them. When people are already going to their doctor check ups.
