Looked up this number when they called and saw they were associated with Froedtert. I did actually have an outstanding bill for the time and amount they said so I paid it (confirmed it in MyChart). It was for my co-pay which I knew but forgot about from a visit three months prior.

I spoke to someone who was trying to get payment for some recent medical services. I have been receiving medical services from Froedtert, and they did have some of the details about where I received treatment. However, the amounts did not match our recent bills, they had no records of our recent ELECTRONIC payments (which we have receipts for, so they should have showed up in their system), and many of the services were from less than two weeks ago, so there is no reason why they would be sent directly to us -- they should go through our insurance first. It was very fishy, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me.
