Beware! Do not do business with MyNextVacations.com. They are a scam! Yes, their $249 package for 5 nights and 6 days at Villa del Palma Cabo is too good to be true! (In my defense I was told by people with time shares that this was legit.). Anyway, I spoke with Matt and Manuel and they guaranteed me a package for 2 adults and 2 children, plus I could bring a 3rd adult if I paid another $85/night and if we upgraded to a one-bedroom for another $52/night because it sleeps 5 people. I paid my fees and contacted reservations at Villa del Palmar in Cabo and they told me that I had to pay $65/night for the room upgrade, not $52/night, but they weren't sure it would sleep 5 people. Again, I went back to Manuel and he assured me that Villa del Palmar's one-bedroom sleeps five people and that he would send an email with special instructions to the reservations department. Then I received a call from Jay with MyNextVacations, who told me that I can fit 5 people in the one-bedroom if I pay another $35 a night for a roll-away bed. I explained to Jay several times that I was told that five people could fit in a one-bedroom otherwise why would Manuel recommend the upgrade? Jay told me that he took full responsibility for the misunderstanding but that he was not going to waive the $35 per night fee because the package I purchased was for 5 people to stay in a room for 4 people. This was completely incorrect, and not what I was sold - again, why would Manuel mention the upgrade to a one-bedroom and guarantee me that it fits 5 people. This doesn't even make sense, but Jay said he would not waive their $35 per night fee just because two of his employees "made a mistake". No way would I recommend doing business with this organization. I am hoping I will get my money back and I am contacting my credit card company to make sure.
