I first received a robocall in my voicemail telling me to call 866-978-8560 to get a refund. I called, and they tried to get me to accept a "free" medical alert system. I loudly asked to be put on their "Do Not Call List" (I had to shout because the telemarketer would not let me get a word in edgewise. As soon as I said that, they said "I can't help you" and they hung up. I called back again to request to be put on their Do Not Call List, and got the same response: "I can't help you" and a hang up. They refused to put me on their do not call list, so I am reporting them to the FTC.
