Totally automated phone call with UPS listed above the phone number -- stating that our account was overdue. Except for having too many '0's in the first part of the account number the last 6 digits of our Account number were accurate. Which is very alarming, being a 'scam' call. Did not talk with a human, nor have to give out any information. Said if we had mailed our overdue amount to disregard the ('automated') phone call. If we had any questions about this overdue amount to call that same number back 1-866-836-4875. It's not the UPS number I have on file. That's why I went to the Internet and checked the phone number, and came up with this site. The only thing that concerns me is that the scammers have our Account number, only added 4 more zeros in front of it. Makes a person wonder if the scammers are "an inside job". Maybe not fair to say that, but it's very alarming.
