This is NOT the Key Bank Fraud Dept. Called number on my card and they said there were no fraudulent charges on my account. Do not call the number they give and never give any financial information regardless of how legitimate they sound.

Said there were fraud charges, wanted to verify information, didn't sound right, told my husband not give his ssn BEWARE OF THIS number. There will be a message sent to the cell phone and a message sent to home phone. Call your bank's fraud dept. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER LISTED!!! ON YOUR CELL MESSAGE OR MESSAGE ON HOME PHONE!! Call your bank directly!
