First the caller states that in speaking with them I am in agreement to be recorded (I should have hung up right then). Caller then asks for another person in my family. We do not share the number they were calling. I say they are not here. Caller then asks if okay for me to speak with them or if I would like to speak with regarding the other person. Careful to not say "yes" but I am afraid that I did say "okay". Then suddenly got disconnected. I probably said too much as my hunch is they felt they got what they needed, an answer of "okay" captured in a recording. Placed within a playback of the recording in any other order may be interpreted as something different.

Called and asked for my grandmother. She lives in a different state than i do and he was calling my mobile phone. Asked for her phone number - which I did not provide. Would not give me any info so that I could verify with my grandmother. Would not even verify that they were a debt collector, I had to look up the company name (D & A Services).

Carlos is a debt collector who called every person in my family, including my children, to try to get to me. My number is easy to find, yet he wants others to do his work for him. I look forward to the day when I can speak with Carlos, and then file a suit against him and his "company" for harassment. I DO NOT OWE A DIME TO ANYONE!!!
