This is indeed a legitimate number for the Costco Medication Therapy Management Team. I checked with the main Costco Pharmacy customer service. (Your local Costco pharmacy probably won't know anything about it.) In my case, they were just reaching out to make sure individuals on Medicare were keeping up with their medications.

Second call made to husband's cell number asking to speak to me about a prescription. Caller ID says Costco. Husband spoke to an actual person on both telephone calls. When I called the local Costco pharmacy they had no record of any pharmacist there calling.
