I received the call because called id was showing it as "Rogers Comm". Upon receiving the call, as soon as I said "Hello" a man from other side said "hello hello and then he hang up the phone"

This man wanted me to come back to Rogers. I have never been with Rogers in my life. When I asked what the reason for the call was, he said "I'll get to that in a moment." If you aren't able to tell me why your calling me I am going to know it's a scam. I immediately told them I'm at work and don't have time for this and hung up. Then they called back the next day at 5pm. Blocked it.

I have been receiving calls from the number about 4 times before I pick dip the 5th time. I received a call from a man with a thick Indian accent claiming he is calling from Rogers. I have not been a Rogers internet customer for over year. He said he would offer me a deal to bring me back as a Rogers internet customer. 34 dollars per month unlimited for one year with no contract or installation fee. Without me saying anything, he asked me to hold so he can talk to his manager to see if he can get me something better. He put me on hold for what appeared to be 4 seconds and said his manager approves that I get the first 2 months free on top of the original deal. I immediately got suspicious and asked if I contact him after "my husband" gets home. I asked if I contact him back he said no he will contact me back at 5. In the meantime I looked up this number and contacted Rogers who said this is a scam. He called back exactly at 5.i didn't pick up

DNCL? is a joke

Actually - the DNCL has done more harm than good. I swear that list has been gold for some companies that I'm sure are finding a way around the rules. I would stay the heck away from that list and just block bad numbers, 1 at a time.
