This may be tied with Verizon, but it is a BILL MATRIX when I called it. I enetered bogus information, and when it got to my account number, it would not proceed without a "correct" account number. I too do not owe anything, BUT, I have had an account merged on Verizon a few months back when their system bugged out due to a modem return, it killed my account for no reason. If you want to get rid of the annoyance calls, call verizon with a good valid number. Tell them you need to put a trouble call ticket in to remove your number from robo calls from BILL MATRIX. I am sure its probably a hiccup from the COVID stuff, but still, it should not be happening.
