Requested my Bank Account Number (Scam call) reported by SAW
I believe this is a scam call because they call as my actually bank fraud department, which I have saved in my phone. On my caller ID it listed my bank fraud department and 2 others. The 2 others made me suspicious of the phone call. When there is truly a fraud, I only get a call from the bank. I never got a phone call from my bank fraud department and 2 others. I did answer and they asked me for my the last four digits of my social security number. Next they asked me for my entire bank account number. I told them that I did not feel comfortable giving that information over the phone and that I will go to the bank and talk to someone in person. Then they told me to give them a call at 1 (866) 802-4955. I took the number down but I did not call it because I am going to the bank today in person with some questions of my own.
