This dude leaves you a very nasty email! He threatens you over the phone, saying he’s going to go to where you work and serve you with a subpoena ( which if you did what you said you’ve done, it would be an arrest warrant) he gives you a number to call back after reading you a docket number, that I’m sure it’s the same one for everyone, and when you call that number, a lady answers saying she’s from global communications!?!?!!! Which hold up! Makes no damn sense! Saying theyre a mediation company (another red flag) and that I need to pay a retention fee of 1500$ now why the hell would I want to “retain” them? It’s a poorly set up scam to say the least.

This man said that I was being subpoenaed and that he was going to find me and he was going to come to my job he called my phone over 10 times within 30 minutes I finally called the number back and a lady told me that I owed $1,800 in court fees plus $400 so she tells me I can get out of paying the court costs by paying them $50 every week I told her I don't have $50 every week I can do $50 every two weeks so she said okay that's great you're trying to make good of your situation so she says I need a debit or a credit card now to make the $50 payment I told her I don't have the $50 payment or a card to make the payment so she says okay I'm going to transfer you to my supervisor and let her talk to you and let her know that you're trying to set up a payment arrangement the supervisor gets on the phone with an instant attitude oh you need to pay us the money today on a card so I can begin to tell her I'm at work and I don't have any access to a card or prepaid cards she tells me oh will you have two hours to give us the money or we're going to give you 2 hours to make the payment or we are taking you to court I told her if your credit agency you wouldn't give me a time frame to make a payment as long as I'm agreeing to make a payment on Monday that's all you need she begins to tell me how my finances are in order why don't I have a credit or debit card to give her now and whoever this man is coming to find me he's going to be at my job by 5 pm
