I get medication delivered by Coram but I do the med here at home. The caller says they are from Coram Billing and I have an outstanding balance listed as Clinical Infusion at Clinic. When I got sick in 2013 I was told I needed this medication and to call Coram to get on the CSL Bering Hardship Program, I did and they told me I was covered of All costs. Every few months I get a bill and it's astronomically high. There is no way a person could pay the amount owed? Coram told me to disregard the bills. Then I get calls from Coram Billing they tell me the amount has been paid down to a remainder of about $2000/month. I tell them " I don't pay, I never pay" they call again and I ask them to pull up my acct of past months of payments. Have I ever paid that you can.see? They say no. I ask why hasn't the balance accumulated? 2000, 4000, 6000 etc. They say they are only collecting for This bill. Then they get flustered and hang up? Who could pay $8300 a week for medicine? It's crazy.

She was very vague. Said she was calling about my account. I asked if she had a question. She said it was about my a count I asked again if she had a question. She then asked for my name and date of birth. I said you called me and would have it, she ended the call.
