Left a voice message on September 5, 2023 regarding my recent request on GM rewards point issue. The person who called me from this 1-866 number was the same person I communicated via email. I didn't call this 1-866 number back, I call the official customer service number from their website. Hope this help!

This is a call from General Motors for a recall "my" 2005 Pontiac Vibe. Something to do with the airbags. The problem here is that I have never nor would ever own a Pontiac Vibe of any hear. A different person calls each time (up to two times a day) and leaves the same scriped message. To my knowledge, if a recall is issued, a letter is usually mailed to the owner (that has been my experience as well as others I know). Clearly a spam call.

Left a message. Julie, calling from Pontiac about a critical recall on my 2005 Pontiac Vibe. I have NEVER owned a Pontiac Vibe, nor any other Pontiac for over 50 yrs! I've had this phone # for 30 yrs, so they're not calling someone"s old #. Makes me think GM is phishing. Just sayin'....
