Every day I'm getting this call. After looking here and seeing it was Protection One, I called back. They claim it is due to a credit card payment that was declined but was resolved, yet the calls keep on coming with no one on the phone when I answer. They tell me they have closed the case, and the calls should stop coming. They should have stopped when the issue was resolved weeks ago. I hope they really will stop this time.

5 calls this week alone. I never answer and they never leave a message. When I called the number back I got a very nice customer service rep from ADT/PotrectionOne security alarm company. When I asked him if they were calling me because of a problem with my business account (we have Protection One security service for our business) he said no, everything with our account was fine. I have no idea why this number keeps auto-dialing me. Something with their system where the auto dial that they use to call you when your account is past due, is for some reason just dialing random numbers in their system.

Protection One Alarm Systems. Never had an account with them. They are asking for "Rob". I tried explaining they have an incorrect number on multiple occasions, they laughed or outright accused me of lying (even escalating the call to a supervisor) and still call. Going on 4 years of 4-6 calls daily.
