First Energy Corp (Scam call) reported by


Called saying that they represent First Energy Corp and our power at an office building would be shut off within 45 minutes due to non payment. Spoke to someone else, they said it was going to be turned off due to a meter replacement issue. Definitely spam!

Scammer called and said electric service would be shut down and to call this number. At this number was instructed to buy moneypak cards from rite aid and give numbers to pay electric bill and avoid shut off

Same thing happened to me.wanted me to buy 2 money pak cards at Rite Aid for $780.00 !! Said my electric would be cut off in 1 hr if I didnt...well.I didnt, snd guess what...my lights are on. Don't fall for this one.????
