This is so-and-so I need you to call me back or talk to one of my colleagues. They can also help you. Well, I called him back and I was on hold for over five minutes waiting on a specialist to help me so I hung the phone up will not be answering any more calls from them. If it was that important and I do have medical bills out there, they should’ve picked up the phone instead of putting me on hold.

Called about hospital bills that I have asked if they could talk to me, told them I was at work and then they hung up. So fishy. I do have two bills but I have been paying them each month.

December 22, 2021 no message left. Other reviews said fishing scam (one said claiming to be Walmart optical calling about debt owed & asked full name & DOB); person called Walmart directly & no debt was owed. Other reviews said robocall or debt collector.

Claimed to be Walmart Optical calling about a bill. Said they couldn't discuss details without verifying my full name and birth date. Caller ID said "School Drms Acdmy". Called Walnart directly, no outstanding debts with them.
