Called from a Austin Texas number and said he was a process server and had claimed that he came by my house to "serve" me papers regarding a legal action that someone was trying to send me. I asked him if there was a name or address on the "legal document" and he said no. I told him that I wasn't going to release any information unless he could tell me the name of the company/person who was "serving" me papers. Gave me the same phone number that is on this post and while he was giving me the Claim number I looked the number up and it popped up scam sites that are reporting this number as a scam. I told him go ahead and "serve" me and nice try scammer and he said thanks. Do they really not know that people report these numbers and research phone numbers. What ****!!! For others who see this, research numbers that you don't know and get your number on the National Do Not Call Registry list and start reporting these numbers to the IRS and other Federal Agencies to where we can start getting these **** taken out of business. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFO AS THEY CAN LOOK IT UP ONLINE DUE TO THE FREE RESOURCES THAT ARE ONLINE THAT HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFOMATION ON IT ALREADY. TELL THEM THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT THEY ARE A SCAMMER AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND WILL BE SUED FOR HARRASSMENT. Nothing will change if people don't start reporting these morons! Be informed as to the information you share on any websites, including social media as a lot of them sell their information on their customers without you even knowing it! Stay informed people!

Came up restricted. She said she was a process server to verify my address to be served. Gave a phone and case number but had the wrong first name. Told me to call 866-728-1034 to put in a response or it would be recorded as a missed appearance.

Call had something to do with legal action; originally thought it was like one of those "You might have a claim" things but at the end they were threatening legal action. They rattled off a number, they were slower than most robocalls but still too fast for me so I didn't get it.

Call from 866-728-1034, calling in regards to legal action and I must call them back within 24 hours to resolve. Worst scam in the book, don't ever call these numbers back, unfortunately I'm on a list somewhere so I get quite a few from different numbers, this was the first toll free call on my work line unfortunately.

Caller left a voicemail instructing me to call back in reference to a lawsuit. I have gotten these calls before. It's a scam. They want me to pay so I don't have to go to court. I always tell them see them in court and nothing ever happens.

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call center robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?
