They called my mom saying they knew she didn't have health insurance and ofered her a deal. Gave their licenc number and other phone numberswith extentions. Asked for her credit card information. Wouldn't email any information until we gave them credit card info which was a red flag. Looked up the number online and ended up here.

Called on a spoofed phone number on (215)729-6478 on Dec. 18 2020. They said they were Health Enrollment Center. But when I engaged with them to see who they were because they violated TCPA act they gave me this number. upon searing the number I found their real identity with Idaho DOI License. the company is called CAPITAL HEALTH ADVISORS INC in SUNRISE, FL.

I have 2 dozen calls from spoofed numbers, I was able to answer the call, and chose a plan. Gave them a card with only 2 dollars on it so I could get company info. to sue, as they did not have permission to call me on my cell phone. Hung up when I got the emailed contract, and they tried to call me back 10 times.

The young man I was talking to provided good information about the insurance low rating then I have found but I asked God if this is a scam that the phone hang up and my phone hung up he called back gave me the prices Avana young lady took over and she didn't know her math 2 good so I know this is a scam had my wrong birthday year was putting me 11 years above my age and she was not very professional she was kind of laughing and telling me about her dad age and all that so I know that wasn't professional I did not give out my credit card information they're supposed to call me back tomorrow which I will not answer the phone anyway hope no one else gets scammed by them

Caller was feeling insurance unsolicited - I pickedd up the call because it said "covered california" on the caller ID who I was waiting to hear from. Offered very good sounding insurance at a low rate it sounded suspicious. I googled the name of the company he said he was with and got this link - https://www.multiplan.us/members/solicitations-faqs/ that company claims it never calls people unsolicited and doest even sell insurance. I googled the call back number he gave me - and got this page. Just looking to rip off peoples card of having no insurance during a crisis.

Offered me insurance with no deductible. Policy was $325.00 With $125.00 due today. The company was Capital Health Plan. Said my policy would be with multi plan pro. I got the call back number. When I pushed for his address he hung up.

Call to offer insurance. Said credit card would not be charged until I signed documents and sent back. Never received documents and was charge immediately. Disputed it with card card company. Was told I lost my dispute because company had signed contract from. Credit card sent me copy of contract and it was not my signature. Someone from the company signed my signature and started policy without my permission. Tried calling them a bunch of time as either out on hold or was told someone would call me back. Been 2 weeks and I still call everyday to talk to the person who fraudulently signed my name.

Automated call with human afterwards. Wanted credit card number and offered zero deductible insurance with full medical, dental, vision, perscription for $261 per month. Way too good to be true.
