I didn't answer. Based on these reports, I decided to call it back. It is VERY POOR quality OGM (fully text to speech AI, records over itself, and the "doctor's" name is juuust muffled enough you might think it's legit. I listened to it a couple of times. I have no doctor whose name even remotely resembles that garbled mess. So it's FOR SURE a scam.

I guess they are using this instead of actually humans calling to confirm appts. I'm going to ask about it when I go to my appt.

They called and I didn't answer. Return the call and an answering machine answers "that it is not understood with quality from where they are calling", that is to say, the name of the company. It is very unreliable.
