They called me about my repoed Jeep. They are a law firm who collects debts. I called the bank and they said I have to now deal with this company. You take my Jeep then you sue me for the balance. Thanks a lot Trump!!! Make America great again. Ya right

Gave me this number to call back, called through on a private number saying they had legal papers to deliver to me. When I questioned he gave me the number to the Law firm Johnson, Smith and Associates. I asked if he could just transfer me and said it was quicker for me to call back. I did and when the guy answered sounded like he was outside on a cell phone kinda stammered around at first. Said it was a credit card debt from 2001 (I never had a credit card in 2001) I continued the conversation when he said he could get the debt from 1200 to the original 700 I said I could pay on the 15th but wanted documentation from original creditor first. Said he would email me and call me back. I let him know I would be digging into this and finding out where this came from as I never had a credit card and he hung up. Said his name was Scott Kellerman

Person calling gave his name as Alfredo Nogales, from the firm of Johnson, Smith and Associates. He gave my name and said they are wanting to locate me to deliver legal papers. Similar information as was given to other "victims" as I've read their comments also and same words are used. I do not answer any calls from telephone numbers I do not recognize. If it is that important they can leave a voice message..... and I can delete it......

Johnson, Smith and Associates (Debt collector) reported by Senior Citizen With All My Marbles
Person calling was Samantha Turner claiming she is the secretary in the filing department for Johnson, Smith and Associates. Said she, *quote* "I am calling in reference to some legal documents that have been filed here in our office. We are looking to have them delivered on Thursday between the hours of 12 and 3, but I do need to confirm that someone over the age of 18 would be available to sign for these upon delivery." She said my name and telephone number and stated my number is listed as the main point of contact. She continued, "It is imperative that she get in touch with their legal department to confirm or reschedule this delivery as it is pertaining to a legal matter. It is time sensitive". Samantha Turner said I could reach Johnson, Smith and Associates at phone number 866-571-3438 in reference case number ******. They will get no call or money from me. I am a disabled senior citizen, but my mind is very sharp!
