Caller was a woman with very poor English. She asked for me by name, and when I replied "may I ask who's calling", she said something I couldn't really understand about "Time Warner Cable Account Inspection"(?). Before I could ask what that meant, she said she was going to transfer me. There was a generic voice recording of "Please Stay on the Line" etc. but the call ended before I connected with anyone else. I *am* a TWC/Spectrum customer, so I've dealt with them on the phone a lot and I know their customer service is way more professional than this, they use a different transfer/hold message, etc. SCAM.
