I got the same phone call from Amy leaving a number to call back of 866-518-8668 and reference number 600404 in regards to paying back student loans that I do not have. call the number back and did get a recorded voice indicating if I did not want to be called again or if I did not have student loans to indicate so by pressing a number. has to be a scam call due to the fact I have no student loans and have no student debt.

Amy Nelson, phoned from 401-324-8460 on my caller ID. Said it was in reference to my Federal Student Loans. Gave my reference #600404 and phone number 866-518-8668 to call her back. The recording sounds very casual and if it was a legit person... but given the fact that we were all given the same reference number, it is a scam.

Received call from Amy Nelson caller ID 470-625-0325...she left message saying I need to call her back so she could go over some very important changes to my federal student loan pay back...she told me to make sure to give REF# 600404 when I call her back @ 866-518-8668...this really had me scared at first until I read all the responses of people getting the same SPAM call...I tried to call back before I googled 866 # and kept getting recorded voice saying the next available rep would be right with me...listened to this for almost 10 min never talked to a live person

"Amy N." Called and left a voicemail indicating to call (866)518-8668 indicating "many changes made related to student loans" and needing to discuss "repayment options". Reference #600404 indicated- this information is the same as what someone else posted. Please exercise precaution as this is not a federal student loan agency.
