SOMETIMES IT'S AN AUTOMATED OUTBOUND MESSAGE CALLING, SOMETIMES IT'S AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING CALLING TO SPEAK TO THE PATIENT THEY DIALED OUT TO. STEWARD HEALTH CARE OWNS SEVERAL HOSPITALS ACROSS SEVEN STATES THAT USE THIS NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL CENTERS TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS.
