A woman named Karen with a foreign guy voice claiming to be from Johnson Law Firm stating that my social security number is being investigated, and the court will call me with time and date to appear. Also threatening that a sheriff will show up at my door step. Then she left the number 1-866-497-7456 to call back.

I got the same call today. Very threatening, in badly broken English, he told me that I would be subpoenaed and the sheriff will be at the door soon. This is a foreign scam. I'm an attorney, subpoena away, ScamBoy!!!

Steve Johnson from Johnson law firm in California called saying I received $500 I never paid back. I have never heard of this place, nor did I recieve $500. The guys English was very broken. When I started to ask questions he hung up.

A foreign guy calling saying my social security number is under investigation and if I have contacted a lawyer for a loan with cash advance. I've never had any loans with this company and has never called back. Very hard to understand

So you when you got a call from the court house for the date of hearing in court session timings and one of the officers from the local Sheriff Department will come at your doorstep. So you your employer and your references would be so with legal notice in court subpoena along with the rest warrant.
