This company is NOT WOW. WOW's number is 1-800-496-9669. The representative pretended to by Wow, but was trying to steamroll me into buying a "protection plan" before answering my question. When I hung up and called the number back, I got another representative who tried to sell me the same thing, but confessed they were not affiliated with Wow.

Rather than call an unknow number, I chose to login to my WOW account and confirm and/or update my ccc that way.
