Called my cell and left message to return Verizon FiOs equipment when I have never subscribed to Verizon. Left 2 messages within 1 hour of each other. I called back and they could not locate my account abased on my number. Total scam!

I missed this call and got a voicemail. I listened to the voicemail and there was background noise for approximately 30 seconds. Then someone spoke in a foreign language. They then said hello in English three times. Then there was background noise again and someone against speaking in a foreign language. Needless to say, I blocked this number.
