I called the number on the back of my debit card, then asked the lady if this number 1-866-485-5354 was actually TD. She confirmed that it was, and she transferred me to the department that told me I had a LOW amount overdue for my TD business visa. So it looks to be legitimate. I think it's crazy that they called me four times in one day to speak to me about this. I guess their method worked thought since they annoyed me enough to look further into the matter.

Answer or call them back, very useful to remind you if you have late payment with them, and they work it out that your credit score won’t get hurt. Seriously I don’t get why people say it’s a scam.

Asked me why i had not paid my credit card's outstanding 76 dollars... my credit card has THOUSANDS of dollars outstanding. Try again dummy. Asked him to give me the exact number of the credit card he is calling about. Put me on hold and never came back. ****.

Dude... It's the monthly minimum value... Im a bit concerned that if you don't know this you probably should not have a credit card... I hope your at least a kid or something yikes lol. It is a legitimate call from TD, I know ppl who work there they verified it instantly without question...

It IS A SCAM. I called TD after getting called and told I owed certain amounts of money not matching my card history. TD said that no calls from them had been made to my phone.

They called on a number of 1 647-383-2333, they said my full name and I couldn't quiet hear over the typing and bad in and out voice over but I think the man said customer service, I don't know for what, was never made clear then told me to call back on a different number, +1 866-485-5354.

This is a very sophisticated scam. I answered the call and was asked for personal info. I hung up immediately. I then called TD directly, and after reviewing my accounts they informed me that there were no collection entries or issues of any sort.

I know ppl that work at TD and it is not a scam, they number is a protected and not able to be spoofed by scammers. It literally can only be TD calling from it. You also could not call TD and find that out so easily as it could come from dozens of different departments so I feel like you are making up the story and I am really not sure why

No you didn't. You are lying for whatever reason. It is a registered TD number and a protected line meaning it can't be spoofed by scammers. It has belonged to TD forever and you couldn't just call them to ask that as there is dozens of different departments it could be coming from that wouldn't necessarily have records of each other's affairs. This is just a bold faced lie. I verified with from of mine working at TD calls from this number are from them and can only be from them

It is registered with TD and it is a protected line so it can't be spoofed by scammers like every other registered bank number. Did you even look it up? I feel like the ppl saying it isn't TD are trying to convince themselves more than anything at this point because it is undeniable
