Claimed that I could upgrade my phone with T mobile. He said I was on Sprint which was correct but that's not an impossible thing to figure out. T mobile has never called me and they certainly wouldn't start now. Not to mention that T mobile refused to help me IN PERSON because I wasn't the account owner. This is 100% a scam. The guy talking had a slight accent and paused a lot like he was reading a script. I said I'd think about it and disconnected. They call almost every day now. Piece of s*

Interesting because i was skeptical and checked number online and got bad information from this site. Took my time with representative went through slow and cautiius to not say anything able to be scammed and finished process and got phone in 2 days. People are very judgenental because of the accent but he did his job well and made it comfortable for me to do over phone. I hope other read my comment over others above and relise people need to do there job with scripts to repeat processes o we and over again. Be less judgemental of the accent and more over questions asked. Be careful but this number is safe

They are probably not TMobile, but I can't help but think that TMobile is involved or they, and or Sprint were hacked and these people got account info because they asked to speak to my wife, who's name the account is in. They called me 4 times and I said ADD ME TO THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST, at which time they hung up.

Female with good, but imperfect English claiming to be T-Mobile. Pushed free upgrade for turning in my LG phone, but asked for PIN verification in the first sentence. Even tried to offer setting up an appointment when I said I preferred to do it in person. Obviously a scam.

Indian male said he was from Sprint. He had some of my phone information (model of phone, plan, how long I have been with Sprint). Guy was friendly. I could also hear him being coached when I asked him challenge questions. Obviously a scam
