My friend found an ad on Craigslist for a boat. They sent her an email saying they had to go though eBay and could only use eBay gift cards to purchase the boat. Called the "customer support" number at the bottom of page that almost sounded like the real eBay. The guy hung up after we started asking if it was a scam. Used a different phone to call. Same guy answered and hung up again. Then blocked both of the numbers we called from

Found boat on craigslist. Seller said must do transaction through eBay transaction service. Got fake eBay form, said to go to location that gives you bitcoins and pay with bitcoins. TOTAL SCAM !! If you bought bit coins and sent them, you will lose your $$$$.

The name happen to be M. S.?? they are trying to scam me right now and I reported the email chain to eBay since it is a copy over from another person's post and they post it on craigslist and claiming ebay is handling it
